Strictly prohibited content & activities
- Phishing, carding, fraud or impersonation.
- Malware, botnets, credential theft, unauthorised access or control of compromised systems.
- Spam, open mail relays, unsolicited bulk messaging or concealment of a mailing source.
- DDoS attacks, scanning or security testing of third-party systems without the owner’s permission.
- Trade in prohibited substances or other activity that violates applicable law.
- Material involving sexual exploitation of minors or animals.
- Copyright or related-rights infringement after a substantiated rights-holder notice.
How violations are handled
Reports are reviewed against the available evidence and the Public Offer. Where there is an immediate risk to the network, users or third parties, access to the affected resource may be temporarily restricted while the report is investigated. A response or appeal can be submitted through a support ticket or to [email protected].
