This Personal Information Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that “BVI HSTQ Hosting quality service” may obtain about a user while the user is using the Internet resource at hstq.net (hereinafter, the Internet Resource) and the services and products of “BVI HSTQ Hosting quality service” (hereinafter, the Services). This Privacy Policy explains how “BVI HSTQ Hosting quality service” collects, uses and protects your information. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure proper protection of information about users, including their personal data, against unauthorised access and disclosure. Use of the Services means the user’s unconditional agreement to this Policy and to the terms for processing the user’s personal information specified herein.
This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement.
1. General provisions
1.1. By using the Internet Resource or any of its Services, you accept the Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies only to information about users obtained through the Internet Resource and its Services.
1.2. This Privacy Policy establishes the rules for collecting, processing, storing and using personal information provided by users of the Internet Resource.
1.3. Information covered by the Privacy Policy:
1.3.1. standard data automatically received by the HTTP server when the Internet Resource is accessed (the host’s IP address, address of the requested resource, time, type of and information about the browser that sent the request to the Internet Resource, type of the user’s operating system, and address of the page from which the user navigated to the Internet Resource);
1.3.2. data provided by the user during registration on the Internet Resource (surname, first name, e-mail address and other information);
1.3.3. information automatically received when the Internet Resource is accessed using cookies;
1.3.4. data provided by the user when completing an Application for Services under the Public Offer Agreement;
1.3.5. other data unknown to third parties and provided by the user for the provision of Services.
2. Terms for accessing the Internet Resource
2.1. When providing services for use of the Internet Resource and its Services (hereinafter, the Internet Resource Services), the Internet Resource Administration, acting reasonably and in good faith, assumes that the User:
2.1.1. has all necessary rights enabling the User to register and use this Internet Resource;
2.1.2. provides accurate information about the User to the extent required for use of the Internet Resource Services when such information is required;
2.1.3. understands that information about the User placed by the User on the Internet Resource, as well as information transferred by the User to “BVI HSTQ Hosting quality service” for placement on other Internet resources, may become available to other Users of the Internet Resource and Internet users and may be copied and distributed by those users;
2.1.4. has consciously determined and controls the settings of the software used by the User in accordance with the User’s preferences regarding protection of personal data and information about the User’s own hardware, software and Internet connection;
2.1.5. has the opportunity to read this Policy by following the “Privacy Policy” hyperlink (Internet address: hstq.net/privacy) from the relevant page of the Website where this Privacy Policy is located.
2.2. The Administration assumes that a user who accesses the Internet Resource has read this Policy and agrees to it.
2.3. If the user does not agree to this Policy, use of the Internet Resource must be discontinued.
3. Purposes of information processing
3.1. The Internet Resource Administration processes information about users, including their personal data, for the purpose of fulfilling the Internet Resource Administration’s obligations to users in relation to use of the Internet Resource and its Services.
4. Collection of information about users
4.1. The Internet Resource collects information about users in accordance with the purposes defined in this Policy.
The Administration does not intend to receive information from minors and recommends that their legal representatives allow them to use the Internet only under their own supervision.
4.2. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the information collected about users and does not verify users’ legal capacity.
5. Processing of information about users
5.1. Personal data are processed on the basis of the following principles:
5.1.1. lawfulness of the purposes and methods of personal-data processing;
5.1.2. good faith;
5.1.3. conformity of the purposes of personal-data processing with the purposes predetermined and declared when the personal data were collected and with the powers of the Internet Resource Administration;
5.1.4. conformity of the volume and nature of the personal data processed and of the methods of personal-data processing with the purposes of personal-data processing;
5.1.5. inadmissibility of combining databases containing personal data that were created for purposes incompatible with one another.
5.2. Terms and purposes of personal-data processing.
The Internet Resource Administration processes the user’s personal data for the purpose of performing the Public Offer Agreement between “BVI HSTQ Hosting quality service” and the User (Customer).
5.3. Collection of personal data.
The User’s personal data are collected on the Internet Resource during registration and subsequently when the user, on the user’s own initiative, enters additional information about the user through the tools of the Internet Resource.
5.4. Storage and use of personal data.
Users’ personal data are stored exclusively on electronic media and are processed using automated systems, except when non-automated processing of personal data is necessary in connection with compliance with legal requirements.
5.5. Transfer of personal data.
Users’ personal data are not transferred to any third parties except in the cases expressly provided for by this Policy.
If specified by the user or with the user’s consent, the user’s personal data may be transferred to third-party counterparties of the Internet Resource Administration, provided that those counterparties accept obligations to ensure the confidentiality of the information received.
5.5.1. The Website uses Google Tag Manager, Yandex Metrica and Chatra chat. When these services load, technical data may be transferred to their operators: IP address, browser and device information, the address and source of the page visit, and data about interaction with the Website or chat. Processing of these data is also governed by the terms of the relevant operators.
5.5.2. The User may restrict loading of analytics and chat through browser settings or content-blocking tools. Unavailability of an external service does not block viewing of the Website’s main pages.
5.6. Users’ personal data shall be provided at the request of state authorities (local self-government bodies) in the manner prescribed by law.
5.7. Destruction of personal data.
The user’s personal data shall be destroyed upon:
5.7.1. the user independently deleting data from the user’s personal page;
5.7.2. the Internet Resource Administration deleting information placed by the user and the user’s personal page in the cases established by the Rules for Use of the Internet Resource and its Services.
6. Storage and protection of information
6.1. Information about users is stored on the Internet Resource in accordance with the purposes defined by this Privacy Policy.
6.2. All information about users collected, stored and processed by the Internet Resource shall be deemed restricted-access information unless otherwise established by this Privacy Policy.
6.3. The Administration takes all reasonable measures to protect information about users against destruction, distortion or disclosure.
6.4. In addition to the Administration, the following have access to information about users:
6.4.1. users of the Internet Resource — in respect of information identifying their person (users’ personal data);
6.4.2. persons and organisations that support the services and systems of “BVI HSTQ Hosting quality service”, to the extent required to provide such support.
6.5. “BVI HSTQ Hosting quality service” may share information with joint ventures or other companies under common control, where it may be used to provide joint services or for purposes such as internal statistics, strategic decision-making, identification of customer trends, customer verification, fraud prevention and security.
7. Use of information about users
7.1. The Administration guarantees observance of the following user rights:
7.1.1. the right to obtain information as to whether information identifying the user’s person (personal data) is stored on the Internet Resource;
7.1.2. the right to deletion of stored personal data;
7.1.3. the right to clarification or correction of stored personal data.
Personal data are deleted within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date on which the relevant user request is received and may result in the inability to use individual services of the Internet Resource. The User has the right to distribute the User’s own personal data by any lawful means. The Administration shall not be liable for the actions of third parties that gained access to information about users as a result of the specified distribution or gained unlawful access to protected information about users.
7.2. Information about users is distributed on the Internet Resource exclusively in the following cases:
7.2.1. after processing of the relevant information that makes it possible to identify the user’s person (depersonalisation of information), and after statistical processing of the information;
7.2.2. with the permission of the persons who, when registering on the Internet Resource, provided information intended for public viewing;
7.2.3. provision of information to the persons specified in the “Storage and protection of information” section.
7.3. The Internet Resource uses information from users’ profiles (login, e-mail address and password) exclusively to authorise access to the Internet Resource and Services.
7.4. The user is responsible for keeping this information secure. Any actions performed using it shall be deemed performed by the user.
7.5. Other information from users’ profiles is not used by the Internet Resource Administration to send users any information, except in the cases provided for by the terms for providing the Services or at their express request.
8. Limitation of the Rules
8.1. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the actions and Internet resources of third parties or to information transferred by the user to “BVI HSTQ Hosting quality service” for placement on other Internet resources.
8.2. The Internet Resource Administration shall not be liable for the actions of third parties that, as a result of use of the Internet or the Internet Resource Services, obtained access to information about the User in accordance with the privacy level selected by the user, or for the consequences of using information that, due to the nature of the Internet Resource, is accessible to any Internet user.
8.3. The Internet Resource Administration recommends that users take a responsible approach to deciding the volume of information about themselves that they place on the Internet Resource.
9. Final provisions

All correspondence sent by users to the Internet Resource Administration is treated by the Administration as restricted-access information and may be published only with the user’s written consent, and addresses, personal data and other information shall not be disclosed to third parties without a legal basis.
