Infrastructure with clear resources and terms

About HSTQ

HSTQ provides infrastructure for projects that need clear resources, predictable scaling and direct access to technical support.

Our Services

Dedicated Servers

Ready and custom configurations for databases, applications, storage and network-intensive workloads.

Port, remote access, protection, location and delivery time are stated in the specific offer.

NVMe VPS/VDS

Virtual servers for websites, applications, APIs and internal services with a choice of resources and operating system.

Control panel, images, backups and scaling options depend on the plan.

IPv4 Rental

Subnets from /27 to /22 with WHOIS & PTR, LoA, BGP and GRE announce in third-party DCs. We assist with IRR and RPKI so the network works predictably.

Subnet size, documents, route and delivery time are agreed before ordering.

Managed Infrastructure

Paid packages for updates, monitoring, security, automation and Linux or Windows operations.

Scope, coverage hours and response targets are defined by the selected package or a separate SLA.

Why Choose HSTQ

Configuration before ordering

Before payment, confirm the processor, memory, disks, port, traffic, location and available remote-management options. Custom builds have a separately agreed delivery date and migration window.

Networks & IPs tailored to business

For address-space projects, we agree on subnet size, purpose, LoA, PTR, WHOIS, GRE or BGP. IRR and RPKI are checked separately for the resource and announcement design.

A clear support boundary

Basic support checks service availability and infrastructure faults. Changes inside the operating system, DevOps work, migration and ongoing monitoring require a management package or an agreed one-time task.

Transparent terms & security

Pricing, available options, acceptable use and responsibilities are defined by the plan, order and offer. Backups, application protection and restore testing are not included unless the service explicitly says so.

How it All Started

HSTQ develops infrastructure services around servers, virtualization, address space and technical operations.

Our principle is simple: the less routine you have with infrastructure, the more time you have for product and customers.

VPS/VDS
First came fast VMs on demand. We built NVMe presets and added handy ISO upload.
Dedicated Servers
We added ready and custom configurations for databases, applications and network-intensive workloads. Remote-management options depend on the platform.
IPv4 Subnets
Clients needed independent addresses, so we launched subnet rental with WHOIS, PTR, LoA and BGP/GRE announce to third-party DCs.
Managed Infrastructure
We added managed infrastructure as a separate service with an agreed scope, monitoring options and incident procedures.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does activation take?

Timing depends on the product, location, hardware availability and required checks. The current estimate is shown during ordering or confirmed before payment.

What is included in basic support?

Fault diagnostics, availability checks, reboot and basic advice. Managed tasks, supported systems and response targets are confirmed during onboarding.

Do I need extra documents?

Verification requirements depend on the service, payment method, intended use and abuse-prevention checks. If verification is needed, the required information is stated before activation.

Can you help me migrate to your servers?

Yes, as a separate task. We first assess the setup, data, dependencies, maintenance window and rollback plan. Whether an outage can be avoided is confirmed only after that review.

Is DDoS protection available?

Available protection layers and limits depend on the product and location. Application protection and custom rules require a separate assessment.

How to contact support faster?

Open a ticket in the panel or write to our Telegram. Describe the task and expected result—this speeds up diagnostics and reduces clarifications.
