HSTQ server management keeps Linux and Windows systems operational, makes changes easier to plan and reduces routine administration for your team.
“Order” opens the selected plan in the billing system. You can add environment details during checkout or in a support ticket.
Review response targets, access, monitoring and change-control scope before onboarding.
Initial response targets
Each plan lists an initial response target for eligible incidents. Resolution time depends on diagnostics, access, dependencies and third-party systems. Escalation and reporting depth follow the selected plan and agreed incident process.
Security by default
Hardening, patching, access controls and logging are implemented only within the selected plan, available hours and approved change window. Recommendations that require application or business decisions are agreed with the customer first.
Defined monitoring scope
Monitoring checks vary by plan, from basic server resources to selected application services. Alerts can trigger initial diagnostics, but monitoring cannot detect every failure. Checks, thresholds, notification channels and escalation rules are documented during onboarding.
Planned migrations
Migration work starts with a source audit, dependency list and agreed maintenance window. The plan states backup, rollback, DNS and acceptance responsibilities. Downtime and timing depend on the workload and cannot be promised before review.
Automation & IaC
IaC, CI/CD and configuration-management work is available when compatible with the environment and selected plan. Repositories, review rules, secrets handling and rollback procedures are agreed before automation is introduced.
Change and time records
Work records can include time used, completed changes and follow-up recommendations. The exact reporting frequency and incident-review format depend on the selected plan and agreed workflow.
Specify the operating systems, services, server count, monitoring, backups and critical response requirements. We will match the workload to the hours and coverage of a plan.
Access, maintenance windows, communication channels and exclusions are agreed before work starts. An initial response target is not a guaranteed incident-resolution time.
