Open the order page before payment. It lists CPU, RAM, storage or hosting limits, the minimum term, whether the price is one-time or recurring, and the renewal cost. If a feature is not listed there, do not assume it is included.
Promotion bonuses and terms
Double the term on eligible annual hosting
When an eligible shared hosting plan is paid for 12 months, another 12 months are added if the bonus is displayed before checkout. Eligibility for renewals and the scope of any basic migration must be confirmed before payment.
Double the term on eligible six-month VDS plans
When an eligible VDS is paid for six months, another six months are added if this condition is displayed before checkout. Available configurations, locations and the post-promotion price are shown in billing.
Dedicated server: 12 + 3 months
When an eligible dedicated server is paid for 12 months, three months are added if the bonus is shown before checkout. Confirm the exact model, location and subsequent renewal price before payment.
Basic migration by prior agreement
Before ordering, we review the data volume, control panels and environment compatibility. Only work confirmed by HSTQ as a basic migration is included at no charge; complex transfers and application setup are quoted separately.
Availability terms
Availability metrics, exclusions and any service credits are defined by the service terms and selected product. Application monitoring and a guaranteed incident-resolution time are not included automatically.
Refund requests for a first hosting or VPS order
For a customer’s first and only shared hosting or VPS order, a refund request may be submitted within 30 days. The amount is calculated for unused full months; all other restrictions and the request procedure are set out in the service terms.
