Abuse reports and complaints

If you identify suspected misuse involving an HSTQ service, send the source, time and supporting material. Complete information helps us review the report under our service terms, acceptable use policy and applicable law.

How to prepare a report

Describe what happened and identify every service or resource involved.

  • Date and time in UTC
  • Source IP address or domain
  • Your contact details for follow-up

Evidence to include

Attach logs, screenshots, packet captures and links to relevant messages or tickets so the incident can be verified.

  • Complete email headers or HTTP request details
  • A short description of the impact
  • For content complaints, include the URL and a capture

What happens next

We register the report, verify whether the identified resource is associated with HSTQ and review the evidence within our authority.

  • We may request additional details
  • Any action is determined by policy, service terms and law
  • Confidentiality may limit the detail in our response
